After not getting any responses the first time, I’m trying this again with a form rather than an email. I have an upcoming psychology paper due in a couple weeks and I need to have at least six people send me five personality traits that they feel stand out about me. I’ll be comparing the responses for similarities and discrepancies, focusing on the differences between people I met at work vs. those that I met outside of work. The form below will send me an email with the selected radio button choices, along with the text entries for the five personality traits.
