I'm half-Asian and from VT, not exactly a common sight there. I grew up with two brothers, and never realized that we got along better than most of the siblings I've met. Really, my brothers were two of my closest friends for my whole life. When I hear "make sure to include your brother," I can look back and think that was never a consideration for us. Our default was doing everything together--whether that was playing games, sports, just going into the woods to fight imaginary monsters... we did all of that together as friends.

I went to a small elementary school, but my junior high was fed by five towns, and I ended up making a lot of new friends at that time. One of my friends introduced me to dungeons and dragons, and a bunch of other nerdy stuff. It's probably fair to say I was a little bit of a nerd before that, but this was just about life-changing. The summer between 7th and 8th grade was spent one week at my house, one week at my friend's house...all summer. We played games, walked around town, did chores together, and goofed off. It was amazing.

Then my family moved just before I started high school. I made some new friends there too, but didn't form quite as strong a relationship there with anyone. It was a tiny school, and gave me the opportunity to be a three-sport athlete. I wasn't very good, but the school was small enough that it didn't matter much...we just needed the bodies.

After graduating high school, I took some college courses, and eventually made my way to FL. somehow I got into title searching, and have basically worked in that industry ever since. It is a pretty glamorous life, but I manage to avoid the spotlight somehow.

Got married, have a kid, and spend a lot of time fixing up our little fixer-upper house. I'm semi-competent, but looking forward to eventually either being done with the house, or moving into something a bit more modern.

I play a lot of video games, watch a lot of sports (the New York Giants are my team, through all their ups and downs), eat a lot, and workout occasionally. Trying to get back into roleplaying games, but in the meantime doing some writing for a game I'd like to run eventually.
