Just about to put the finishing touches on the house in preparation for the storm. Learned the other day that the acceptable way to board up a window is not the "right" way to do it. So of course I had to do it the "right" way. Pretty cool though...you cut boards to the size of the window, set them as far in as possible, and use barrel bolts to hold them in place. Barrel bolts mount to the boards, drill into the masonry to give them a place to catch, and lock them down. They will be a breeze to take down, and should be perfectly reusable.
