Trying a 3D printed model from Hero Forge. So much detail that it's a pretty challenging model to paint. Taking a close up photo really highlights the spots I've missed on the base coat (in my defense, I'm squinting because it's dark and my contacts are dry...). Hopefully the wet wash coats will fill in those gaps and even it all out. 
Wet coat helped, now for a few dry brush coats.
