I've had to track my blood pressure over the past couple months and decided I wanted to be able to track trends. I threw together a quick spreadsheet with tabs for a year's worth of tracking. Each monthly tab has two grids, one for each arm that includes SYS, DIA, and Pulse fields. I intended to do conditional formatting, but showing colors for each threshold started to cause some weirdness and I gave up. The tabs are protected except for the fields to enter times and recorded values. There is no password on the sheet, so if someone wants to unprotect and make edits, they would be able to do so.
