Aspect: Chaos, Sea, Storms, Weather.
Blue magic can manipulate the oceans and weather, specifically stormy weather. Blue magic is often chaotic and difficult to control. It can introduce wild randomness to the unsuspecting (or unprotected). When used by the uninitiated, it may benefit or hinder, seemingly at random.
Sense Huchh: Predict weather or the odds of something happening; detect the presence of chaos or huchh magic.
Strengthen Huchh: Give +1 (+2 as a greater effect) to success rolls, but also increase the critical fail range by the same amount; increase the power of an existing storm; improve the integrity of an ocean vessel, or a creature’s resilience to a storm.
Restore Huchh: Heal an ocean creature or repair an ocean vessel; restore normal weather patterns (greater effect).
Control Huchh: Allow a re-roll of a success roll, damage roll, etc. (greater effect); create a ward against beings of chaos; issue suggestions to sea creatures; control an existing storm; redirect normal winds.
Destroy Huchh: Give a -1 to success rolls, but also reduce the critical fail range by double that amount (normal maximum ranges apply); dismiss a storm, or in the case of a large storm, create a pocket that is unaffected by the storm.
Create Huchh: Make extremely unlikely events possible; create a storm (greater effect) or create an ocean storm (lesser effect); create winds, manipulate tides; do direct drowning or lightning damage.
