Weights were feeling incredibly heavy, so I spent about ten minutes hitting the heavy bag this afternoon, and doing some duck and punch drills. Pretty exhausting. Did do three sets of eight bench dips before i changed my mind. May aim to do arms in the morning and use the treadmill tomorrow afternoon.
picked up a couple backpacks to use as our hurricane evac bags. that got me interested in hiking/camping. looking at all sorts of backpacks online now, and going to try building my own. have some ideas and sketches, will post progress once i get started.
